Joe Najm is an award winning Lebanese-Canadian composer and sound designer based in Dubai since 2011. His work spans film, TV commercials, sonic branding, immersive installations, and experimental performance, combining modern cinematic language with influences drawn from the region and beyond.

His approach is rooted in storytelling and context, often bringing live musicians and traditional instrumentation into contemporary electronic and orchestral sound worlds. He has worked across projects throughout the MENA region for brands, filmmakers, cultural entities, and large-scale experiences.

His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, London International Awards, New York Festivals, and Dubai Lynx. He was also invited to judge the UK-based Shots Awards for Sound Design and Music.
